misbehaving in public is the way a child acts in their house. parents should teach their kids how to behave at home so when they go out the know how to act.

Mad and scared at the same time because you don't have to hit or abuse your child in order to discipline them, plus kids don't know the difference between right and wrong and you should teach them not scare them.
I think very bad, I feel that all the time in China because when I was young, my mother hit me a lot of time and it was considered normal.
In China, you see that everywhere.
I feel really angry and sorry for the children who don't know nothing about life.
